Refund & Return Policy
You may exchange any purchased product or gift within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Within the Beirut region: Exchanges are free of charge.
- Outside the Beirut region: A small exchange fee will apply.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
- In its original packaging
- Unused
- In the same condition as when you received it

Please note:
- Exchanges are valid for items of equal or higher value (with any difference in price to be paid by the customer).
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Returns
Products or gifts may be returned within 3 days of purchase, as long as:
- The item has not been opened
- It is in perfect, unused condition
For approved returns, customers will receive store credit (valid for one year), equivalent to the product’s value excluding any delivery fees (including free delivery charges built into product pricing).

The following items are non-returnable:

- Consumable Items
The following categories are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval:
- Computers, Printers, Projectors & Scanners
- Mobile Phones & Tablets
- Digital Cameras
- Televisions
- Drones
Items sold on clearance or sale are not returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the same method of original payment.
Note: Clearance and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
