Warranty Coverage

  • Brand New Items – Covered by a 1-year warranty
  • Open-Box Items – Covered by a 1-month warranty

The warranty period starts from the invoice date.

How to Request Warranty Service

If your item develops a defect within the warranty period, we commit to inspecting and servicing the product within 14 working days of receiving it at our service center.

Follow the steps below to initiate the warranty process:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at info@LNT.com.lb or call/WhatsApp us at +961 81 737 271. Make sure to keep the original packaging and note the serial number (usually found on the box or product).
  2. Receive Confirmation
    Our Customer Support Team will provide a Return Authorization and send you a prepaid return airway bill (AWB), if applicable.
  3. Pickup Arrangement
    We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to schedule the pickup at your convenience.
  4. Prepare the Package
    Pack the item in its original condition and packaging, and print the provided AWB. Hand both the product and the printed AWB to the courier representative. Returns cannot be processed without this document.
  5. Inspection & Servicing
    Upon receiving the item, our service center will inspect and aim to repair or replace the product within 14 working days. In case of delay due to unavailable parts or manufacturer response, we will notify you accordingly.
  6. Completion & Return
    Once the item is serviced and ready, we will notify you and arrange for its return.

Warranty Limitations

This complimentary warranty covers only manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship, or faulty internal components.

It does not cover damage due to:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Misuse, mishandling, accidents, or failure to follow the user manual
  3. Battery leakage
  4. Exposure to liquids (except in certified waterproof items) or foreign particles
  5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications not carried out by LNT or its approved partners
  6. Use with accessories or parts not recommended by the product’s manufacturer
